OEM and ODM outdoor furniture manufacturing

Turn your model list, drawings or design brief into a clearly specified outdoor furniture order. Confirm materials, samples, branding, packing and written terms before production.

For hotels, resorts, contractors, wholesalers and commercial outdoor projects. Visuals illustrate project workflows; they are not test or inspection evidence.

Choose your starting point

Existing models, customer specifications or a new design brief

SOLAIREVA supports OEM / ODM and private-label outdoor furniture. Agree the exact scope for your project rather than assuming every customization is available on every model.

Adapt an existing model

Start with a product-library model and identify the requested color, material, upholstery or branding changes. Ask which changes are feasible and what they mean for sampling, MOQ and packing.

Manufacture to your specification

Provide drawings, reference dimensions and the intended use. Identify fixed requirements versus optional features so feasibility, materials and assembly can be reviewed before approval.

Develop an ODM brief

Describe the furniture function, design direction, project setting and target quantities. Confirm development scope, sample costs, tooling and any design-rights arrangements in writing.

Plan a multi-zone project

Separate dining, lounge, poolside and balcony requirements. List models and quantities by zone, required delivery stages, storage limits and receiving arrangements.

Prepare the quotation

Four useful inputs for an OEM / ODM inquiry

Send what you already have and mark missing information clearly. A reference image communicates intent; it is not a complete production specification.

Dimensioned furniture drawing illustration

Drawings and dimensions

Include units, key dimensions, intended use, material preferences and drawing revision. Identify tolerances or performance requirements that need confirmation.

Furniture quantity schedule illustration

BOQ or model schedule

List model/SKU, quantity by variant, finish, cushions, destination and requested delivery window. Keep quantities of individual pieces distinct from complete sets.

Material reference review illustration

Reference images and finishes

Explain which features matter: silhouette, weave, color or surface finish. Include measurements where available and confirm your right to use supplied designs.

Furniture sample review illustration

Physical sample or approved reference

Discuss how to send and identify a sample before shipping it. Specify whether it is a visual reference, construction reference or an item proposed for modification.

Approval checkpoints

Keep the brief, sample and production specification aligned

Use these checkpoints to agree the project workflow. Dates, documents and responsibilities should be confirmed for the actual order.

01

Confirm scope

Identify models, quantities, drawings, destination, material requirements and requested changes. Record any open feasibility questions.

02

Agree the sample specification

Confirm finish/color references, materials, dimensions, sample costs and the proposed schedule. Request relevant documentation for any claimed performance.

03

Review the sample

Compare appearance, dimensions, assembly and intended use against the agreed brief. Record changes rather than relying on verbal approval.

04

Approve the production reference

Identify the approved drawing revision, materials and sample reference. Agree acceptable variations, inspection requirements and packing details.

05

Confirm shipment and after-sales terms

Reconcile the model and carton schedule, shipping scope, delivery arrangements and model-specific written warranty before shipment.

Samples usually take 7–15 days and bulk production usually takes 20–45 days after specifications and the order are confirmed. These are typical production ranges, not guaranteed delivery dates; timing depends on the model, quantity and customization. Confirm transport time separately.

Specification checklist

Confirm materials and evidence for the proposed configuration

Frame and surface finish

Identify the frame construction, finish and color reference. Request model-specific documentation for any alloy, coating, structural or corrosion-performance requirement. A generic material name is not a test result.

Weave, rope, fabric and cushions

Record composition, supplier or material reference, color, pattern and cushion requirements. Confirm any substituted material before approval. Review the UV test-evidence checklist.

Branding and documentation

Discuss logo placement, labels, artwork, instructions and carton markings. Keep official origin and test documents traceable to their actual issuers and tested products; private labeling does not create a certification.

Packing and receiving

Confirm assembled or knock-down packing, cartons per set, packed dimensions, gross weights, handling and labeling. Use the CBM calculator for preliminary volume only; request a confirmed loading review.

Commercial terms

Resolve MOQ, pricing, inspection and ownership before committing

No fixed MOQ, surcharge, exclusive-rights period or test rating is promised for every project.

MOQ and quotation

Provide quantities by model, color and variant. Ask for the applicable minimum, sample/tooling charges, packing scope and shipping basis. Prices are quoted for the actual B2B requirement, not taken from a generic public price table.

Inspection and acceptance

Agree the inspection stages, criteria, sampling, evidence and handling of nonconforming items. Request the proposed QC documentation before approving production; do not assume a universal inspection percentage.

Confidentiality and design rights

Before sharing confidential designs, agree the required NDA, permitted use, tooling ownership and any exclusivity terms. These arrangements need written confirmation for the project.

Warranty and after-sales

Terms depend on the specific model and written contract. Confirm covered components, duration, exclusions, claim evidence and responsibility for associated costs. Use the warranty checklist; no automatic refund or replacement deadline is implied.
